Do you offer gift messaging?

Yes! We offer gift messaging; you can find the option to add a gift message directly in your cart!

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping for any domestic order over $100. Digital products such as gift cards and donations do not count towards your order total to qualify for free shipping.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within the United States.

Shipping is free on orders over $100 within the US. For any order less than $100, our shipping is $3.99 for standard shipping and $20 for expedited shipping.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we do! We offer expedited shipping for $20 within the United States. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to ship.

Where do you ship?

Laverée currently ships to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). 

We hope to expand very soon! 

How do I track my order?

Go to your Account page and click on the order you're interested in tracking. You'll find the order number next to each of the items that has shipped. Once we ship your order, we'll also send you an e-mail with your tracking information, so you'll have it on hand.

When can I expect my order?

We typically ship 2 - 3 business days after we receive your order. Depending on where you live in the United States, you can expect to have your order delivered to you in 7 - 10 business days after your order has shipped.


What will my bottle come shipped in?

Your Laverée products will be shipped in recyclable cardboard box.


Can I cancel or change my order once it has processed?

Unfortunately, we can't cancel or change your order once it's been placed. But contact us at we'll help you figure out what we can do.

Where can I find my processing or past orders?

Log into your Account page and you'll be able to see your full order history for both past and in process orders.



What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your Laveree products and offer returns on domestic orders 60 days after they are shipped. If for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase contact us by selecting "Contact Us" at the bottom of our homepage to send us a message, we'll do everything we can to make it right. The 60-day window begins on the day the product is shipped and returns must be received within 60 days after return label instructions are issued to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

How do I return my order?
